Our role is to utilise all our experience and knowledge of the process to make sure that planning consent approvals run smoothly and quickly.  When Riley Consulting acts as the client's agent to prepare, compile and administer applications, we have a consistent success rate. Where an application has been refused on a couple of occasions, we have then successfully handled the Planning Appeal.

Our success is partly a reflection of our experience with Local Authorities all across the UK. We understand their perspective and so effectively anticipate any objections that may arise. Our drawings will pass through the process more effectively and efficiently as a result. We also submit applications electronically - a more environmentally sensitive approach and a medium increasingly adopted and preferred by Local Authorities.
