Our measured surveys provide an accurate record of property, land and structures as they exist at the time the survey was done. 

Measured surveys exist to fulfil several needs. They act as a precursor to space planning by supplying exact measurements of a unit, building or site. They effectively audit that what exists on paper is physically present on the ground - this both enables the creation of accurate and space efficient plans in the future, and verifies the validity of existing plans so reducing a client's risk. Finally, measured surveys are an essential component in establishing and maintaining accurate estate and building information systems.

Our measured survey specialists have the experience necessary to produce faultless and accurate surveys. This may simply be an audit survey or a full measure encapsulating all elements of a building, including levels, ceiling heights, beam details and the location of electrical and data points, sanitary fittings, fire fighting and detection equipment, incoming mains position and plant locations. 

We also undertake the checking of pre-existing plans that have suspected inaccuracies or that have fallen behind change programmes. This approach is highly cost effective as we only report the differences between existing plans and reality. 

Our service is tailored to client's need so the level of detail is up to you. We will also generate plans in a format of your choosing - generally either AutoCAD or PDF. This ensures that plans can easily be amended as required and that we consistently provide our clients with the most value adding solution.
