Expert Witness

Litigation requires the ability to provide quantum and/or delay analysis for use at trial.  Our duty is to the court to ensure that we provide accurate information to assist the tribunal in reaching its decision on the dispute.  We are familiar with all the duties required of an expert witness and many of our consultants have first hand experience of giving evidence and with the rigours of cross examination.

We apply our project management and quantity surveying skills to ensure that our forensic work meets the highest standards of analysis and lucid report writing.  We provide objective advice that your legal team is able to use in preparing your case.  This may range from an initial opinion through to the full evaluation of the project and all of the issues that have arisen within it.

We also provide a technical support service for the examination of documents in discovery and the collation of bundles including preparing an index and chronology.  This makes the conduct of the case easier and frequently reduces overall costs.

Notwithstanding preparation for trial, we are always on hand to assist with the examination of options for settlement based on a commercial appreciation of the matters under dispute.
