Hospitals

Failure is not an option in an environment where lives could be at stake, so our hospital clients will demand and we will provide excellence in hospital facilities provision.

A large part of delivering excellence involves knowing what our clients need. We understand that in a 24/7 environment strategies must be implemented to make sure disruptions are well planned and minimised. Safety and security are of the highest importance in hospitals so we pay special attention to these areas. We also know that while our clients are under pressure to modernise, improve and extend services; this has to be done in the most cost effective way possible, keeping ongoing operating costs in mind. On any hospital project multiple stakeholders requirements must be dealt with, co-ordinated and communicated to ensure successful project outcomes.

At Riley Consulting we have the experience and the depth of professional skills to successfully implement high quality solutions. We have experienced professional people used to working in live hospital environments, who have a solid understanding of all aspects of hospital facilities and how they operate. We have experience of working in live hospital environments.

We have worked on projects in clinical areas including oncology, nuclear medicine, endoscopy, neo-natal and dental units. We have also delivered in non-clinical areas such as workshop areas, seminar rooms and staff areas. Our clients are public health bodies. We were very pleased to have recently been awarded "Framework Partner of the Quarter" by University College Hospital London.

We provide strong leadership and guidance to client teams, advise on the right teams of people to work with and use the experience gained from previous projects to know what is possible within a hospital environment.
