Philip co-ordinated the formation of Engineering Services Partnership Ltd (ESP Limited) and commenced employment in March 1997 as Managing Director. The company is now a well established, multi-disciplinary consultancy.
Philip is a chartered electrical engineer, starting his working experience with Eastern Electricity as a graduate engineer gaining extensive experience and training in engineering, energy application / conservation and management skills. Following this, Philip moved into design roles, working for a number of Design and Build contracting organisations, where he developed strategic design skills, particularly in relation to value engineering and buildability.
Having gained a broad experience of both mechanical and electrical engineering Philip then moved to consulting where he was a Director of a London based multi discipline practice, prior to forming ESP Ltd.
Philip has significant depth and diversity of experience and innovation, with the ability to work at feasibility stage, tailoring services to suit specific client needs, right through design development stages to contract process, where his hands on experience adds significant value to the engineering and building processes. He has experience within a wide range of sectors with particular expertise in the banking & finance and retail sectors.
