Martin is the Managing Director of Nidus and has over 30 years' experience as a senior building surveyor.

He has worked with a range of blue chip clients including Sainsbury's Supermarkets Limited, BAA, Capital & Regional, P&O, the Arts Council and the British Red Cross Society.

Responsible for the business development of Nidus Riley, Martin works closely with his team to continually improve the quality of service that is delivered to clients.

Martin oversees all professional consultancy instructions undertaken which includes party wall advice, dilapidations advice, reinstatement valuation for insurance and pre-acquisition surveys.

In his spare time Martin is also an RICS APC Assessor specialising in construction and project management.
