David is head of the group's project management division and is responsible for all project management activities undertaken by the group. As a Partner of Henry Riley and the Managing Director of RCPM, David is involved with the management of internal resources and client liaison.
Having joined Henry Riley in 1986, David has been a Partner of Henry Riley since 1997 and has over 25 years' experience in the construction industry working within a wide range of sectors with particular expertise within retail, banking & finance and health.
He has a proven track record of developing collaborative working relationships with clients, consultants and contractors alike in the pursuit of lower out-turn costs, quicker delivery and improved quality outcomes.
Significantly, David brings know-how to make frameworks truly effective for all parties involved. This stems from his good communication skills and active participation in new build and refurbishment programmes for a number of major clients.
He has set up strategic processes and carried out project management for several blue chip clients, managing their nationwide new build and refurbishment programmes based on framework agreements. He has particular expertise within the banking & finance sector and leads the group's data centre strategy.
