Henry Riley is delighted to announce a new appointment with Iceni Homes to provide Employer's Agent services to oversee the delivery of 39 affordable units with a project value of £5.1M.
This project forms part of a re-development of Parkside Cambridge Fire Station by the Grosvenor Group and includes the demolition of the existing fire station to create a new smaller fire station, retail units and 101 apartments in 3 multi-storey blocks and has a construction value of approx. £17.5M.
