Project Description:
New build project to replace a pre-fabricated existing facility to improve educational accommodation and motivation of staff and pupils.
The project comprised a freestanding, single storey, new build nursery consisting of:
- Two nursery rooms
- Dining room
- Quiet room
- Managers office
- Admin office
- Kitchen
- Store rooms
- Demolition of existing nursery
Sustainability:
- Natural ventilation.
Key Challenges:
- Maintaining comfortable conditions by use of fresh air ventilation.
