The Junction is a specialist retail park fund, owning five retail parks, one development site and one non-core industrial property. Their aim is to deliver a service that adds value to their tenants by creating safe, clean and well managed facilities.

Project Description:

As part of the Riley Consulting group, we have been appointed to manage the landlord's alteration works for The Junction's proposed tenant DSGi. 

A new tenancy is under negotiation between the parties to utilise  3nr existing 10,000 sq ft unlet units, which meets the requirements of DSGi's plans to rollout their two-in-one mega store programme, comprising Currys and PC World brands  in a combined single shop format.

The Landlord's works comprise stripping out the existing units and consolidating the 3 units into one larger unit, provision of upgraded services and rebuilding of the entire shopfront to suit the new single unit format.
