Project Description:
Feasibility design and planning for a new dual entrance Sainsbury's Local within an existing Grade I listed station building, with an internal frontage onto station platform and an external frontage onto an adjacent street. Arc worked closely with the client and a heritage consultant to produce a viable retail unit, whilst retaining the existing character of the listed building.
