Project Descriptions:
Project Beach
A roll-out programme with 18nr sites. The project incorporated KDRB or upgrade of existing Shell sites into Sainsbury's shop and Shell forecourt. We provided a full turnkey operation including project management and cost consultancy and standardising schedule of rates and ECC option C form of contract.
Project Gold
A programme to reformat 99 Shell petrol station shops with a construction cost of circa £45K per project. It was a fast moving programme of up to 12 sites per week.

- On site delivery
- Weekly meetings
- Defects Management.
Project Phoenix
This scheme involved reformatting 100 Shell petrol stations delivering 4 sites per week, including new floors and refrigeration.
Works included:
- Shelving
- Signage (interior and exterior)
- Lighting
- WC, alarms/ CCTV
- Floors
- Refrigeration.
Shell Norway
We advised on the delivery of shop formatting and the rollout of 140nr shops following the successful UK delivery. Key issues included addressing:
- Surveys
- Fixed Costs
- Defects
- Budget Control.
