Project Description:
Henry Riley was recommended by Orbit Developments to undertake the employers agent role, after a tender bid was submitted, and our appointment was secured. This project entailed the construction of a new build 25,000 sq ft office block and a 95,000 sq ft warehousing facility.

Office Requirements:
- 3 storey building
- 10 person lift
- Open plan offices
- Low brightness lighting
- Bicycle and bin stores

Key Challenges:
- Maintain existing MAN Diesel operations throughout the build
