Project Description:

This scheme comprised the refurbishment of existing office space to create a Centre of Excellence. The site included relocations from existing space training facilities and meeting space in line with the Bank's corporate style guidelines.

Key features:

  • Additional security required, including provision of a secure zone, due to secure nature of client's business.
  • Worked within pre construct of pre existing landlord M&E systems.
  • Projects let of P&B contract requiring a quick start on site following client briefing.
  • Liaisons with multiple share holders, including corporate and end / business users.

  • Delivery on time was key to sequence with other strategic office moves
  • Installation of new FF&E to office space, breakout areas, touchdown meeting space and training room including a mock breach
  • M&E alterations to suite revised layout
  • IT alterations to suit new desk layout
  • Management of security installations
  • Management of graphics package
