Global Bank - Birmingham Offices Phased Refurbishment
Project Description:
This scheme comprised the refurbishment of existing office space to create a Centre of Excellence. The site included relocations from existing space training facilities and meeting space in line with the Bank's corporate style guidelines.
Key features:
- Additional security required, including provision of a secure zone, due to secure nature of client's business.
- Worked within pre construct of pre existing landlord M&E systems.
- Projects let of P&B contract requiring a quick start on site following client briefing.
- Liaisons with multiple share holders, including corporate and end / business users.

- Numerous stakeholder approvals required
- Delivery on time was key to sequence with other strategic office moves
- Installation of new FF&E to office space, breakout areas, touchdown meeting space and training room including a mock breach
- M&E alterations to suite revised layout
- IT alterations to suit new desk layout
- Management of security installations
- Management of graphics package
