We are working in conjunction with PB&C Consultancy with Investec Bank (UK) Limited to provide bank monitoring services on the following projects:
New Student Village, Ipswich
Construction of a new student village in Ipswich to house Suffolk University students. Works include:
- 418 student rooms with en-suite facilities.
- Student common area facilities.
- Ground floor retail shop provision.
- Refurbish a Grade II listed building to provide a restaurant
We are responsible for monitoring the cost of the works for Investec, in conjunction with P&BC who are monitoring technical and contractual matters.
Form of Contract: JCT 2005 Design and Build
New Tottenham Hotspurs Training Facility
Construction of a new state of the art training centre and Football Academy for Tottenham Hotspur football team in Enfield, London. Works include:
- Indoor training pitch.
- Indoor training, administration facilities and changing facilities.
- Indoor swimming and hydrotherapy pools.
We are responsible for monitoring the cost of the works for Investec, in conjunction with P&BC who are monitoring technical and contractual matters.
Form of Contract: JCT 2005 using Contractors Design Portion supplements.
