Hanover Housing Association is a leading specialist as a provider of retirement housing and related services. They manage almost 19,000 high quality mixed tenure Retirement and Extra Care properties on more than 600 estates and operate in over 175 local authority areas across England and Wales.
Project Description:
Imperial Wharf is a 32 acre site on the banks of the river Thames in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. It consists of 1818 residential units and a total of circa 34,000m² of commercial floor space including bars, restaurants, shops, offices and leisure space.
50% of the provision on site is affordable housing with 436 social rented flats, 75 shared ownership homes and 389 discount market homes and student flats.
Henry Riley LLP were appointed as Development Manager for the provision of a 50 unit extra care project with associated communal facilities. A resource centre for the Local Authority was also provided.
