Project Description:
The Badminton Gardens development consists of a 63 flat Extra
Care scheme with associated communal facilities (comprising 42
one-bed and 21 two-bed types). The project was developed on an old
school site in Downend. The project was completed on time and
within budget.

Key Challenges:
- Managing neighbour relations in a heavily populated residential area.
- Developing site on flood plain.
