Commercial Review / Project Details:

Critical Facilities projects involved the upgrade, replacement and enhancement of M&E services infrastructure to new and existing property. Examples included:

Regional Office

Upgrade of M&E infrastructure and internal office fit-out across a large call centre. The fit-out introduced changes to increase a sense of brand identity, improve staff retention and enhance efficiency though more effective communication and staff engagement. All works were undertaken out of hours in a live environment.

Regional Call Centre

M&E systems upgrade to increase resilience of the property against power failure and protect operations. The scheme included UPS replacement, additional generator installation and power upgrades

Head Office Illuminated Signage Scheme

Project to improve the efficiency and presence of branding to the external façade of Global HQ. Advanced LED technology was utilised to maximise impact but minimise energy useage in the installation of new signage.

Offices projects:

Involved a wide range of office development / refurbishment schemes of varying size and complexity. Examples included:

Head Quarter Global Banking & Trader Floors

Uplift works to enhance the bank's trader floors over 3 levels. Upgrade of lighting, sanitary ware and HVAC installations and the implementation of finishes & furniture in accordance with the group design guide.

All work was undertaken out of hours with complete close down at the end of shift to enable trading to commence each morning.

Regional Offices

A phased scheme to release four refurbished floors of call centre office space back to the Landlord whilst undertaking an internal refurbishment and restack of remaining floors to accommodate relocated staff. Works included the upgrade of M&E services and internal finishes and furniture relocation using internal swing space through the course of the scheme.

Canary Wharf Office Fit-Out

Accelerated works programme to fit-out 3 floors of office space for occupation by other London teams with fixed relocation dates. Included 'Best Place to Work' and hot desk initiatives with full IT infrastructure.

Regional 'Centre of Excellence'

Integration of four existing office facilities into one centre of excellence including creation of 'swing space' to maintain business operation and full internal refurbishment.
