Decathlon UK Limited - Warehouse, Wednesbury
Decathlon is a large international retailer of sporting equipment with in excess of 300 stores in 12 countries with the head office being located in Lille, France.
Project Description:
The project related to a large empty warehouse adjacent to an existing retail park beside the M6 in Wednesbury. The client were seeking a change in use to A1 retail on the site and required supporting plans, elevations and photo-montages to present to the Local Authority.
Using the Decathlon corporate identity, Arc produced branded elevations together with photo-montages of proposed outdoor, permanent and temporary activity areas. An indicative car park plan for approximately 250 spaces was also produced.
Key Challenges:
- The information required by the client was to be produced to a very tight timescale due to pre-arranged meeting with the Local Authority.
