Project Description:
Category A and B fit out of new build shell to create prestigious head office of approximately 87,000 sq ft, with 52,000 sq ft fit out and 20,000 sq ft sub let area.
The works included the complete installation of all base build M&E services from base build central plant comprising; VAV air conditioning, sprinklers, lighting, power, fire alarms, high resilience comms, facilities, security system, BMS controls and audio visual systems.
The environment created included:
- high quality office accommodation;
- executive suites;
- conference facilities;
- staff restaurant.
The consulting duties carried out included fully detailed design and specification of the services installation, landlord's approvals, building regulation approvals, onsite management of services consultants and overseeing final hand over and commissioning.
