Bletchingley Golf Club - Clubhouse Extension and Refurbishment
Bletchingley Golf Club is a 6,600 yard 18 hole golf course in Surrey. It is suitable for all standards of golfer and will test all aspects of their game. It also offers facilities for weddings and corporate events.
Project Description:
The works included the design of the service for the extension and refurbishment of 550m2 clubhouse and extensive development in a conservation area with sensitive planning issues. These works were carried out whilst the club remained operational and included:
- General clubhouse refurbishment
- Construction of a new Spikes Bar
- Extension to Members bar
- New entrance and pro-shop facility
- Upgrading of the main reception/function room
